Cookie Policy
This notice describes the cookies and similar technologies used by the nego-retail.it website, their purposes and the ways in which users can manage their preferences.
Definitions
Cookies are small text files that websites store on a user’s device in order
to retain information between one page and the next or across visits. For the
purposes of this notice, technologies with equivalent effects, such as the
browser’s localStorage and sessionStorage, are treated as cookies, since
they likewise involve storing information on the user’s device.
Cookies used by this site
The site uses technical cookies only, that is, cookies strictly necessary to deliver the service requested by the user. As of the date of the last update, the only item stored is the cookie recording the preference expressed through the banner, so that the request is not presented again on each visit.
The site uses no profiling cookies, no analytics tools and no third party features involving the tracking of browsing activity. Under the applicable rules, technical cookies do not require the user’s consent: the banner shown on the first visit therefore serves as a notice.
Categories
- Necessary: they ensure the operation of the site and the storage of the preferences expressed. They cannot be disabled, as they are indispensable to the delivery of the service.
- Statistics: they measure, in aggregate form, how the site is used. As of the date of the last update, the site uses none.
- Marketing: they track browsing in order to serve personalised advertising. As of the date of the last update, the site uses none.
Should cookies belonging to the statistics or marketing categories be introduced, consent will be requested in advance through the banner and this notice will be updated accordingly.
Third party services
The presentation video is hosted on Microsoft Azure storage infrastructure and is served as a static file: it involves no installation of cookies and playback starts only upon the user’s action.
The demo request form transmits data to the Web3Forms service only when the user submits it, and involves no installation of cookies. How data submitted through the form are processed is described in the Privacy Policy.
Managing preferences
Users may reopen the preference panel at any time through the button at the bottom of this page or the “Manage cookies” link in the site footer, and change the choice they have expressed.
It is also possible to act through the browser settings, which allow blocking or deleting cookies for a single site or for all sites. Instructions are available in the support pages of the respective browsers (Chrome, Safari, Firefox, Edge). Deleting the preference cookie causes the banner to be presented again on the next visit.
Updates
The table below reflects the cookies and technologies actually used by the site. In the event of changes, the table and the last update date shown at the bottom of the page are updated accordingly.
